  • Modern Family Special Bread slices
  • Medium tomato-2
  • Medium onion- 1
  • Salt to taste, I table spoon cooking oil


  1. Fine chop tomatoes and onion.
  2. Fry for about two minutes till tomatoes turn pulpy. Add salt.
  3. Spread on roasted bread slices.
