So-yeah Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Modern Sandwich Supreme Bread slices
  • 1 cup crushed soya beans
  • 1 tsp. Jeera (cumin seeds) powder
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper powder (kaali mirch)
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 tsp refined oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Soak crushed soya beans in warm salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain water, keep aside.
  2. Fine chop onion. Sauté in oil.
  3. Add crushed soya in pan. Mix jeera powder, salt and black pepper powder. Stir fry for a minute. Turn off flame.
  4. Spread the soy mixture on roasted bread slice. Cover with another bread.
