Malaai Bread

A wholesome meal under 5 minutes. Carry for your lunch or have as healthy breakfast. Serves as a great dish for hi-tea or weekend brunch.

Malaai Bread


  • Modern Sandwich Supreme Bread- 7-8
  • Sour cream (malai)- 4 table spoon
  • Onion- 1 medium
  • Butter- 3 table spoons
  • Green chillies, coriander leaves


  1. Beat malai in bowl till smooth and fluffy. Add chopped onions.
  2. Make paste of coriander leaves and green chillies. Add to bowl.
  3. Coat butter on one side of bread and spread the mixture.
  4. Press with another buttered bread slice.
  5. Place in griller or sandwich maker. Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
