  • 1 medium carrot- grated
  • 1 medium cucumber-grated
  • 1 medium tomato – Thin slices
  • Cheese spread or butter


  1. Spread butter or cheese spread on bread.
  2. Layer the grated veggies and thin slices of tomatoes
  3. Grill the sandwich or toast on tava. Enjoy a healthy sandwich filled with grated veggies.
