Fish Fillets

What can you do with left over bread? Make delicious fish fillets.

  • Modern 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • Parmesan cheese-Grated- ½ cup
  • Paprika-1/2 table spoon
  • Wheat flour- ½ cup
  • Eggs- 2
  • Milk- ½ cup
  • Fish


  1. Make bread crumbs. Mix paprika and cheese.
  2. In another bowl, place flour.
  3. Beat eggs in another bowl. Keep aside.
  4. Place each fish fillet first in flour, then in egg bowl and last in bowl of bread crumbs.
  5. Place the battered fillets on wire rack. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Flip and cook completely.
