A superb bread innovation combined with pizza makes a lip smacking BRIZZA. For those who swear by pizza, this bread recipe is your bible. Make this at the comfort of your home in less time effortlessly.



  • Modern Sandwich Supreme Bread slices – 8-10
  • Butter or Mayonnaise
  • 2 medium onions- chopped
  • 2 medium capsicum- long thin slices
  • 1 large tomato – chopped
  • Olives, boiled corns- If available
  • Cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar or regular)
  • Chilli flakes, Oregano- To sprinkle
  • 1 table spoon refined oil (optional)


  1. On stove
    • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    • Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
    • Yield: 16-18 slices
    • Smear little oil on tava/ and toast the bread slices on low flame till the slices turn golden brown. Turn off the gas, flip the bread.
    • Apply a thin layer of butter/mayonnaise on toasted bread.
    • Layer with onions, capsicum, tomatoes, cheese and chilli flakes.
    • Turn on the gas. Place the layered bread on tava. Cover the pan till cheese melts.
  2. In oven
    • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    • Cooking Time: 15 minutes
    • Toast the layered bread slices in preheated oven at 200 Degree Celsius for 5 to 7 minutes or until veggies are partly grilled and cheese melts.
  3. The Indian version- Mommy style!- (Because Indians love frying and stove is our pet)
    • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    • Cooking Time: 10 minutes
    • Heat oil in heavy bottom pan and sauté chopped onions for a minute.
    • Add capsicum to the pan. Cook for a minute.
    • Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes release water.
    • Add olives & boiled corns.
    • Spread butter/ mayonnaise on bread slices. Layer with veggie topping.
    • Smear little oil on tava and place the layered bread slices on low flame. Cover pan till cheese melts.

Cut the bread slices into halves when hot. Sprinkle oregano in the end.
