Bhaaji Dip

Bhaaji Dip


  • 4-5 Modern Hi- Fibre Brown Bread Slices
  • 4 tbsps. Butter
  • A mix of 3-4 veggies of your choice
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsps. Paao bhaaji masala
  • 1 tsp. Cumin seeds- 1 tsp.


  1. Boil veggies with salt. Strain water, mash veggies.
  2. Heat a tsp. of butter in frying pan/tawa. Add cumin seeds till they splutter.
  3. Pour the mashed veggies on tawa/pan. Add paao bhaaji masala.
  4. Keep beating/stirring the mixture till it turns golden brown. Add 2 tbsps. butter.
  5. Roast bread slices with remaining butter.
  6. Add lemon juice in bhaaji while serving.

We recommend Modern High Fibre Brown Bread since it is a balanced diet with premium wheat and fibre. In case you don’t have paao bhaaji masala, prepare using a mix of garam masala, amchoor and dhaniya powder.
