Fruity Ice cream

On a hot summer afternoon, would you not love to have an ice cream? And what’s better than making bread ice cream at home?

  • Preparation Time: 5-6 hours (Refrigeration)
  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes

  • Modern Fruity Bread- 4-5 slices
  • Sweetened condensed milk- 400ml (1 tin) – Cold
  • Whipped Cream – Cold
  • Dry fruits (Optional)


  1. Whisk the whipped cream in a bowl.
  2. Pour condensed milk. Whip until mixture thickens. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
  3. Layer your ice cream cup with fruity bread crumbs and dry fruits. Scoop out the frozen ice cream in the layered bowl.

Looks amazing, tastes amazing and is filling too. This bread ice cream is a perfectly balanced recipe for sweet craving.
