  • 2-4 Modern 100% Whole Wheat Bread slices
  • 2 whole eggs- boiled
  • 1 medium sized onion (optional)
  • Salt or black pepper to taste


  1. Roast bread slices.
  2. Mash the boiled eggs.
  3. Spread on roasted bread slices. Add black pepper or salt.
  4. Press another bread slice over it.

You can coat bread with tomato ketchup or butter. You can also add chopped onions if you like it in desi style. Alternately grill the sandwich for crunchiness. This English breakfast is filling, has good cholesterol and wheat proteins for you to make a healthy start of the day.
